In Room One, the two residents, ROBERT OWENS and DAN FOAT (Phonica) join
forces for the first time, with special guests SPIRITCATCHER playing
LIVE!SPIRITCATCHER have become one of the most in-demand house acts, gracing
the finest underground labels with their polished future disco sound on
labels such as Freerange, Missive and Mood Music. Their frenzied live
disco workouts are a sight to behold. DAN FOAT is emerging as one of
the UK’s leading up & coming house DJs. Long-time resident at Bristol’s
Fruity Antics, he was the only house DJ invited onto the 2006 BBC Radio
1xtra tour, and is kept busy producing his own show for Lyme.fm, playing
at their parties at Lovebox, AKA and beyond, as well as the fortnightly
Tricky Disco. Expect an eclectic mix of the freshest underground house
& nu disco.Upstairs, ALEX PHOUNTZI from BUGZ IN THE ATTIC alongside THE UNABOMBERS.
As one of the original and core members of Bugzintheattic, Alex Phountzi
has spent the last few years DJing all over the world both as part of
the Bugz and also on his own. Production credits include the current
Bugzintheattic album ‘Back In The Doghouse’ on V2 Records and the genre
defining Neon Phusion album on Laws of Motion records from several years
ago. In between he has been involved in some of Bugz biggest remixes and
productions, as well as recording and remixing tracks under his own name
for labels such as Bitasweet, People, Funk Of Fury and 4Lux. As for the
UNABOMBERS, it was the summer of 1995 when they first detonated their
underground bomb, The Electric Chair, in a sweaty basement below the
pavements of Manchester. In the decade since it’s become the worst kept
secret in the world of clubbing. Look forward to a mystic brew of house,
disco, hip-hop, broken beat, Latin, R&B, techno and northern sulphuric
soul.———————————————————— ————

underground side of things. Previous guests have included Charles
Webster, Larry Heard, Pepe Bradock, Kenny Hawkes, Ame, Asad Rizvi, Todd
Terje, Rune Lindbaek, Jimpster, the list goes on. Look out this Autumn
