After only one year, ALMA has established themselves as
the must-attend progressive Brazilian dance party. One of
the highlights of this year’s Winter Music Conference party
in Miami, ALMA has featured top-name guests like Louie Vega
and Turntables on the Hudson crew as well as live percussion
from Manhattan Samba, Maracatu NY, and others. ALMA,
“All for the Love of Music & Art”, has created a unique sound
they call “Neo-Brasilian Fusion”. It incorporates samba, pagode,
soulful house, salsa, drum n’bass, mangue beat, nova bossa
nova and so many other influences of resident Brazilian DJs
True and Miller Cruz.
