First, thanks for having a forum out there for this!
I’m trying to remember the name of a song and/or band and it’s driving me nuts. All I can remember is that in the middle of the song there is a slow down, and then a drum kicks in. It has a distinct sound, I want to say somewhat Jamaican metal drum to it, but that doesn’t quite fit it. But the drum beat starts picking up from a few solo beats to a full-fledge craziness of percussion and the song kicks into overdrive.
I thought the name of the group was Beat Boys or Drum Boys or Percussion somethings but that’s probably only because the song was heavy heavy drums of all types and sounds.
It’s an absolutely amazing song and made me dance like mad every time I heard and totally felt euphoric (no chemicals needed 😉 ).
Does this ring a bell at all with anyone??
