    other than the mild mannered, multi-instrumentalist Alex Gimeno. Alex cannot be
    boxed in, categorized or labeled, his music is a multi-leveled eclectic blend of
    styles and genres. Finding a label to house this eclecticism could be tricky. Lo
    and behold came the smart and highly respected Eighteenth Street Lounge Music
    label, operated by Washington DC is Thievery Corporation. Saturday night, he’ll
    be sharing the decks with us!

    amazing bands that play at Nublu, Forro in the Dark is the one that has been
    packing this Lower East Side club full of sweat-covered revelers every single
    Wednesday for the past two and a half years. Rain, snow, shine—there’s always a
    line outside on a Wednesday night. Why? Because the band captures a vibe that
    can only be created in this part of town, in this part of the world, by the kind
    of musicians that come out of Nublu. On March 4th, we’re bringing their vibes to
    our loft party. Not to be missed!
