Saturday 30th May sees the arrival of fun, underground gathering,
De Puta Madre, to Manchester’s premier new venue, Area 51. A
fusion of Latin House, Carnival Techno, Tech House and Electro, this
month sees the residents carnival party hit the club, providing a no
holds barred Ibiza warm-up/send off, and sees one of Leeds’ biggest
nights, Dirty Disco, offer up their very own Matt Cooper to the draw…
Lancashire born Matt has worked with way through the DJing ranks
over the years to now hold residency at two legendary Northern
parties, Dirty Disco and Kissdafunk. His highly skilled and energetic
way of weaving together underground techno, house and electro has
kept many a dancefloor throbbing through the night and has led to
his name becoming one of the more easily recognised of the
Northern set. Sharing deck space with the likes of M.A.N.D.Y, Steve
Lawler and Trentemoller over the years certainly hasn’t done much
to damage his talent, and his diversity and skill behind a pair of
decks is clear for all to see as he continues to throw out his faultless
sets and productions to the electronic world…
Joining Matt on the night are Manchester lad and rising star Kris
James, as well as a host of De Puta Madre residents, leaving all
bases covered and all speakers set for breakdown. Putting the party
back into the house world, this no holds barred carnival set up and
celebration of all still top class, jaw to the floor, hands in the air and
musically relentless about our lovely club scene, De Puta Madre is
ready to take you on a musical journey of Balearic proportions… Get
ready to get down.
