Electric Brixton had a great start in 2011, with amazing events from the likes of Brit-nominated Professor Green, legendary DJ Gilles Peterson and Havana Club, beatbox genius Beardyman, Luciano’s Cadenza label and bass night Spectrum.
And for 2012 it’s just getting bigger, with forthcoming live and club shows featuring Sander Kleinenberg, Andy C live, Skrillex, Paul Van Dyk, Infected Mushroom and much more still to be announced.
This is just the beginning… Expect big things at Electric Brixton in 2012!
Brixton Electric
Electric Brixton is London’s newest multi-purpose venue – with a rich history in music, and offering an unrivaled music experience. A converted Edwardian picture house, where the original features are complemented by cutting-edge technologies, Electric Brixton has finally come into its own as a live music and club venue, following an extensive refurbishment in 2011.
Now managed by a team of seasoned club, live and events specialists, this iconic space is back at the heart of the vibrant local Brixton music community. In 2011 the team – and the venue – won recognition for post-relaunch events featuring Andy C, Glitch Mob, Kissy Sell-Out , Gilles Peterson , Stanton Warriors , Professor Green , Primal Scream and Beardyman, among others. And that looks set to continue, with strong programming and stunning production this year…

Trade, the “often copied but never equalled†club night that long established after-hours clubbing as we know it in the UK is back for valentines weekend following a sold out and reformatted 21st Birthday with our next event “A TAINTED LOVE AFFAIRâ€.
This time “The Trade Collective†will heading over to the recently refurbished and re-launched ELECTRIC BRIXTON (Formerly The Fridge) transforming the main room with new state of the art production, effects and visuals.
The risqué stage performances which are inherent with all Trade parties won’t disappoint, leaving Berlin in the shade.
Embodying the club’s forward-thinking music policy Trade has invited special guest Italian Techno DJ UTO KAREM. Who in just a short period of time has produced hit after hit with forward thinking dance tracks that are fast becoming staples of DJ’s everywhere. His productions have found him fans that include the likes of Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, Marco Carola, Chis Liebling and many more.
He is joined in the main room by the cream of Trade’s residents including Pagano, Nick Tcherniak, Pete Wardman and Rosco.
Over in the Lite Lounge Trade legend Fat Tony, the return of Guy Williams and Italian stallion Anto.
