    Familia in July falls on 6th of the month, the same day the fiery colours of red fill the streets for days of non stop partying in Spain and a time of festivity and wild abandonment ensue, the essence of which will take over Egg London in the form of the most up for it party crowd and best music the underground music scene has to offer.

    On the Ground Floor Cadenza’s Mendo makes a very welcome return, who will be sure to play a few tracks from his forthcoming album : Avalon. This time Mendo brings with him the first of his Clarisse Nights label showcase to the UK, with quite a Summer ahead with residencies around the world from Croatia, Bulgaria, France, and for this Familia will be just off the plane from their event at Sankeys Ibiza the night before. Clarisse deck magician and Mendo’s production partner Yvan Genkins will kick off the showcase followed by Mendo himself who then will hand over to the Clarisse guest: Gary Beck.

    Gary Beck‘s productions can be found on Saved, Soma, Electric Deluxe, Drumcode, Suara – on which he’s collaborated with Mendo and Yvan Genkins, and his own label Bek Audio. Gary’s productions are supported by some of the biggest names in techno, Pete Tong, Chris Liebing, Len Faki, Nick Fanciulli and Richie Hawtin and is widely regarded as one of the most prolific and inventive producers on the scene. The floor will be supported by Egg London residents Nick Tcherniak, Kyle E and Salvo Lupica.

    The Terrace, hosted by Soft Porn, with celebrated basement events in East London and beyond, with founder Dean Marc of Keep On Going afterparty notoriety and Cartulis Day’s Unai Trotti at the helm it’s safe to say we’re very pleased to be welcoming their brand to Famila. Soft Porn’s headliner is Simon Garcia who’s productions have been supported by Laurent Garnier, Seth Troxler, D’Julz and Deetron. This year Simon’s much anticipated debut album ‘The Placebo Overdose’ on Poker Flat is released whilst he continues to roll out remixes and original tracks on labels such as AMAM, Surface, Catz ‘N Dogz’s and Pets Recordings.

    The Loft will be hosted for the first part of the night by Tempo Eterno who will bring their brand of Deep House to Familia for the first time fresh from their events at some of the best venues in London we sure they will set the room alight. The Loft reins will then be handed over to Dysfuntional Soundsystem who bring with them Bluford Duck, with releases signed to the likes of Noir Music and props coming from some of the scene’s elite makes a fitting crescendo to the new look Loft and outside area in will once again be a place to dance until the sun comes up.

    The Garden will have 7oel, Samantha Blackburn, Varon V, Jay Tempest and Jack Le Roc keeping the deep al-fresco beats going throughout the night.

    We will be painting the town, and the newly extended rooms of Egg London, red and invite you to do the same in this very special addition of Familia.
