higher sampling ABC's Poison Arrow

Please help if you know, it’s a tune my friend got in 2002 so might be released around then. I think it’s called “Higher” and samples the music loop from ABC’s Poison Arrow. It’s a house track with a female vocalist.

Part of the chorus she sings something like “….leaving everybody behind…take me higher….higher….”.

I’ve no idea who the artist is so can’t search for it. If you have any idea I’d be really greatful!
