    This Tuesday we have one of the most important nights we’ve ever had at Focus, our Six Year Anniversary. Very few clubs make it past the first year let alone Six Years so we are very proud and excited to be able to celebrate this milestone with all of you. If you’ve been a part of Focus in the past we really would be honored to have you with us Tuesday. Focus is about the community and without you, none of this would of been possible. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts and in order to show you how much we appreciate you we have brought Miguel Migs and Lisa Shaw in together! Presale Tickets are strongly suggested and early arrival is a must.

    Miguel Migs has an impressive Discography of over 100 original productions & remixes on labels like: Salted Music, Naked Music, Om Records, Defected Records and too many more to list. As a producer he writes his own lyrics and plays his own instruments, be it guitar, bass, percussion or keyboard. Miguel Migs is one of the most in demand DJs in the world constantly touring the globe even being nominated in 2004 for “Best DJ” at the House Music Awards held in London. And if that weren’t enough, he launched his own Label “Salted Music” in 2004 and it’s been doing incredibly well since it’s inception.     You may recognize Lisa Shaw’s voice from the numerous hit tracks she has been behind such as: “Always”, Miguel Migs’ “Feel”, “Let It Ride” “Born to Fly” & “Do It For You”. The newest release coming out on Salted Records is the amazing Miguel Migs original “Those Things”. Lisa Shaw has received rave reviews and features in the New York Times, CMJ, Muzik, URB, The Canadian National Post, Billboard & Many Others. She has performed live on the David Letterman Show as a backing vocalist for Jewel. Lisa Shaw truly has a golden voice and to experience it live takes it to a whole other level.

    We will have plenty of extra staff on hand and we will be opening up the whole club to make room for everybody. We will do our best to make sure everybody gets in, but to guarantee prompt entry we recommend presale tickets.
