    PLAY PRESS RELEASE>>

    Kandyflipperz are Limerick DJ duo Buddy and Ross Nagle and their single “Freak Like You” has taken the dancefloors of the world by storm. Featuring Monkey O’Keefe on vocals, it was launched by the Ibiza Residents crew at their weekly Gatecrasher residency to a fantastic reception, and has since been played constantly by all the Ibiza stars. In the past few weeks The Kandyflipperz made it into the Top 10 in the DJdownload.com Electo Charts, No 3 in the CLUBBERS GUIDE Ministry of Sound download chart, AND No 1 in the Inside Edge Ministry recommendations, and its also been a “featured release” on many of the worlds leading download stores inc. AUDIOJELLY, BEATPORT, DJDOWNLOAD and XPRESSBEATS.

    To celebrate the success of the single, Kandyflipperz in association with Queep Organic House are playing a special gig at PLAY @ DOLANS, PLUS they are giving away a free copy of the single to the first 100 people into Dolans on the night of August 11th- aren’t they soooo generous?? “We are so excited about the success of the single,” said Buddy from Kandyflipperz. “I have to admit it is all a bit surreal. It all took off so quickly once we got the record deal with Queep Records- it is all beyond our wildest dreams” he continued.

    Jonathan Ulysses (Space Ibiza main resident) Kid Massive, Miss Behavin, Jon Constantine & Dermot C have all passed on excellent reactions from the dancefloor. Remixes come courtesy of some regular Queep Records contributors Melchyor A, Atom and Djamel, along with two new duos, German electro house double act A.C.K. & Simon Point and Italian progressive house twosome Marco Bruzzano & Roberto Capuano. Freak Like Me is on world wide release and will soon appear in compilations in Russian and Africa in addition to the single.
