    LSL HOLIDAY CRUISE November 11, 2007

    Return to the Half-Moon for a Holiday Sunset Cruise…and yes, the boat is now heated and lovely.

    All of your concern and kind emails have prompted us to organize a Holiday Cruise. It’s important at this time to support WBAI, our house that requires a firm foundation of financial support from you the listeners as we are solely listener sponsored. We’re able to make this cruise happen thanks to Marco Polo Cruises & WBAI’s support/resources. Usually the tickets are priced at what the cruise costs us and often times we don’t even break even, however, we do this cruise because we feel it’s so important for all the listeners to come together and enjoy the community they are a part of thru the airwaves. People have fallen in love on board, gotten engaged on board, and created families as a result…and not to mention the extended family we are all a part of through Liquid Sound Lounge! So please find it in your heart to support WBAI generously by donating to the station, coming on board and dancing and it’s all tax deductable…sweet!!! (NYC cruises in general cost $50 or more for 3 hours…thus this cruise is reasonable and for a good cause!).
