With less than 2 weeks to go Moorfest HQ has reached
fever pitch, excitement is overflowing as we make final
preparations for the sixth Moorfest.
A few new bits of info for you:
Surprise and extra special guest!
We are really excited to announce a secret and exclusive
show by PHOENIX PEARLE, the new band created by
members of Leeds’ own trip hop superstars NIGHTMARES
ON WAX who will be treating us to their new material on
Sunday 15th… with maybe a little extra retro treat in there
too!
2am license for music!
YES!!! We can dance the night away without the need for
headphones our spangly new 2am license (although we did
quite enjoy the bizarre experience that is silent disco!).
Family and quiet camping is well away from this area but
we do always advise folk to bring earplugs in case the tent
next to you contains a massive snoring gorilla.
Glamp yourself silly in a Funky Caravan!
We have a new caravan company on site who are offering
great deals for a total glamping experience at Moorfest

Cashback on site!
Oh yes, we now have a cashback facility on site, available
from our lovely bar folk for a nominal charge.
IMPORTANT TICKET INFO
Tickets have been selling like hotcakes online and in the
shops and as its payday this weekend, if you haven’t got
yours already, it’s advised you get one asap to avoid major
disappointment. TICKETS WILL BE TAKEN OFF LINE ON
SUNDAY 8TH OF AUGUST AT MIDNIGHT.
Stewards
Our steward deadline has been extended! A few places
remain so if you’re a bit skint but want to come and help us
make our lovely festival a great experience for all – get in
touch!

Will be on site throughout the weekend offering illustrative
and giant doodling onto anything you care to bring them…
caravan, camper van, body… you choose!
Fancy Dress!
Dont forget at Moorfest its FANCY DRESS FRIDAY and as its
13th so make it scary, make it fairy, make it err, hairy!
And on Sunday it’s HAT DAY – bring your own if you fancy
or make one out of random things you find onsite!
