Nathan C serves up some dance-floor orientated tech-
house with his new Touche EP on Whartone Records. The
title track is a percolating slice of tech house which builds
steadily then errupts into a groovey, bubbling record which
will have any dance floor bouncing.
The B side Swift is a sterner affair with a more stand up
techno edge. It jacks and swirls through machine made
funk and once it explodes mid way though, never looks
back. Peak time stuff from this talented producer.
Nathan C’s 2-track “Touche EP” is out this week exclusive
to Beatport on the fast-rising Whartone Records. The EP
marks the label’s 10th release and so far has garnered big
support from DJ heavyweights such as: Hernan Cattaneo,
Sander Kleinenberg, Danny Tenaglia, Adam Shaw, Kim Fai,
Eddie Halliwell, Grant Nelson, Funkerman, Matteo DiMarr,
Andi Durrant (GalaxyFM), Matt Samuels, Pete Griffiths,
Dumb Dan, and Peter Gelderblom.
