She’s the First Lady of Oxford, so it’s only fitting that an
actual Knight of the Realm should open the beautifully refurbished Regal venue
on the Cowley Road on
Thursday February 21st.

Honoured by the Queen for his services to music, including
the creation of Kiss FM and the world-famous Notting Hill Carnival, Sir Norman
Jay MBE will headline the grand launch party for the first phase of The Regal
redevelopment, the Elite Room and Foyer.

Bringing his internationally-renowned blend of sumptuous
world-flavoured beats and joined by resident DJ’s Kieran and Brett Hayes, Sir
Norman will wow the exclusive crowd of 250 music lovers and kick off what is an
unrivalled line-up of acts to follow.

One after the other, a plethora of DJ legends will pass
through the doors of the Elite Room across February and March. Reading like a
who’s who of dance music icons, acts include Alistair Whitehead, Graham
Gold, Brandon Block, CJ Mackintosh, Darren Pearce (JDS), Hed Kandi and
Fierce Angel creator Mark Doyle, Bora Bora sensation Oliver Lang
and many more. This is dance music at its world best and only one venue in Oxford
is bringing it to you – The Regal.
