As many people already know, GKF Records sounds good not because made by famous people but only because all we put our ‘Soul’ in music. And that’s all!
Definition of Soul are UK duo Susannah McMillan and Antony Gibson whose musical partnership began in 2007 while studying at Leeds in the UK. Their influences are poles apart; Susannah’s family including a jazz vocalist and a rhythm and lead guitarist while Antony was heavily influenced by the hip hop scene.
First bitten by the DJ bug back in 1991, Susannah, aka DJ PSM, held numerous club residencies and worked for a few record labels before embarking on her own productions. Antony on the other hand, has made music for television in addition to producing underground hip hop tracks for some of the best known British rappers.DEFINITION OF SOUL “Definition of Soul” [GKF068]
