    Lock N Load Events is proud to present a second exclusive date with Roger Sanchez in London this summer as the Grammy-Award winning DJ returns to the magnificent Koko club on Saturday 22nd September for another spectacular Release Yourself party. Release Yourself moved venues to Koko in June 2007 and boy, what a launch party that was!! Explosions, glitter cannons and one of the craziest laser shows we’ve ever witnessed insured that the new home was wholeheartedly welcomed by both Roger and the sell-out crowd that had turned up to see the mighty S-Man in action!!

    Looking ahead to this next exclusive RY instalment then… where Roger is confirmed to play a very special 8 Hour Set – the whole night, from start to finish. Anyone who witnessed him in action the first time round, or at our recent South West Four festival will testify that Roger is on fire right now!! We caught up with him in Ibiza recently where his Release Yourself party at Pacha (every Monday night) is still packing ‘em in, and it’s not surprising when you consider just what a legend this house music hero is…

    Sanchez’s career spans a grand 14 years, in which he has achieved No.1 records worldwide, held down residencies at some of the most respected clubs around the globe (currently Pacha, Ibiza and Crobar, New York), become one of the most popular dance music radio broadcasters around, released acclaimed albums and compilations, and remixed some of the biggest names in music – from Chic to Michael Jackson, Kylie to Daft Punk, and hundreds of others. That’s not to mention his excellent Stealth Records label, home to some of the most successful house music records around today. It’s not often that the word “legend” can be truly justified in dance music – but Roger is one figure who is by no means short on credentials.

    Roger will be taking you on a 8 Hour journey in the main room incorporating all things house, from the all out funk to the down right sleazy… just make sure you arrive extra early to witness the master in action!! Support on the night comes from Dirty Funk Sexy in Room 2 and Queen of Funk in Room 3 who present Get Lifted and features some of London’s most exciting new talents across both rooms.

    But unquestionably, all eyes will be on main man Mr Sanchez, as he jets into London for his second of three exclusive English dates and again, something rather special.
