another storming house release, this time onTodd Terry’s
In House label, following on from hot efforts on 303 Lovers,
Black Hole recordings and more.
Between playing gigs literally all over the world from Ibiza
to Bali to Brazil, Rosie has found time to lay down ‘Brassed
Off’ – a pumping, rolling house effort that builds and builds
to a tense, whistling synth breakdown before pushing on
along a chunky, solid groove once again. It’s the final part
of the track that will send dancefloors crazy, though, when
a sax drifts in to play a bluesy solo that eventually
becomes so funky the whole thing kicks off once again.
Another huge tune, it’s sure to keeps Rosie’s star in the
ascendency…
