Hi all, it’s time for the second release on my new Body Rhythm label. This EP includes 3 original tracks plus an additional remix from The SoundDiggers who turn in a fantastic reworking of the title track “Days Gone By”.
You can get this EP on promo for the next fortnight at TRAXSOURCE and STOMPY
One of the tracks from the EP called “This Feeling” is currently featured on this week’s Traxsource Weekly Essentials Podcast.
Here’s some early DJ feedback coming in for the release:
Steve Parr (Faize Music) : “Ross Couch has certainly got an edge when it comes to producing e.pic soulful house music. ‘Days Gone By’ starts of sounding like it’s going to be the usual ‘funky house’ kind of thing but suddenly releases an e.pic soulful vibe that sucks you right in the the whole six and a half minutes of the track. The Sound Diggers remix the track and add in a bit more of a sweeping kind of groove with a nice bouncing bass line. With ‘This Feeling’ Ross has captured an excellent groove with the synth line he’s done, and it’s a great uplifting track with lots of energy and spirit. Finally ‘Time Out’ rocks some flavoursome beats with a lovely laid back sax groove and latin guitar giving off a pleasant summery vibe and with a driving bass line that spices things up just right to get things moving. Another firm favourite that will be seeing a lot of plays, this is EP is going to really turn heads towards Ross Couch..!”
Kaje (Trackheadz) : “thx for the promo, really feeling the tunes :)â€
Murray Richardson: “Likin’ the remix by the sound diggers, ‘Time Out’ is well tasty too mate and ‘This feeling’ is hot!â€
Pete Dafeet: “great stuff again mate, will play all four. I’m a sucker for melodies, and all 4 are great pieces of music – not often you get such uplifting house without at least some hint of cheese!â€
Luke McKeehan: “shit is hot Ross! nice one. I will be charting.â€
Jevne: “I played this feeling last night! It KILLED! thats a dope cut! Nice work! thanks for the release! “
Thanks for looking. Hope you enjoy the music!
Ross
