Sofitone provides us here with a track that I would like to call a fusion between deep, tech and funky house. Deep for the overall atmosphere. Tech for the sounds MR.Patrick Green used and the way the song is build up and funky for the synth stabs that come in from time to time and add a kinda rhythm on their own to the track. This track is also forthcoming on the album ‘Sofisentials Vol 1’ and illustrates how the album’s differs in styles and sounds. From a softer and friendly vibe like the track “L’Amour” to this one which has a slightly nasty and tighter rhythm. One thing they have in common is the quality of the productions. This one will find it’s way to the sound systems of the better tech house clubs and deep house clubs once things have to go over a tougher edge. In other words, after 2.00 AM. I find tracks like this fun to play, it has a good rhythm and the sounds are pleasant and so useful to build up an atmosphere in a club. Way to go, Sofitone!Direct link:Listen to Shades!
