    Scarier than a horror movie, more frightening than your worst nightmare and more disturbing than your grandma’s underwear drawer: This is Shiva’s Halloween Ball. An evening where the city’s freaky fiends, ghastly ghouls and barbaric beasts congregate together for a night of ritualistic dancing
