    Born in 1982 just outside of Motown Ryan Jury found his musical soul at a very young age. Soon after Ryan was tearing through his parents vinyl collection. With influences such as John Coltrane, saxophonist James Carter, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Jack Kerouac, his mother knew he would grow with a much different musical taste than most children his age. Getting his first set of turntables at 15 years old he was hooked in no time at all. Seeing endless possibilities Ryan began to mix the blues, jazz, and funk influences he grew up loving with the sounds of Detroit dance music. Finding his niche and a distinct sound Ryan moved across the lake to Chicago where house music was gracing the speakers of every other club in the city. It was a match made in heaven. Since finding a true home in Chicago in 2001 Ryan has obtained residencies at venues such as Zentra, Spot 6, and Chibar and has guest djed in cities such as Detroit, Las Vegas, New York, and Milwaukee. Ryan is a true lover of music and believes that bringin everyones heart together, beating on the dancefloor at the same time is the ultimate musical bliss! Be on the look out for the Souled Out Projects new realeases to come.
