Deep house seems to be more fitting than just house for me, although it’s not enough. The tracks represent more than one style anyway. In any case, there has to be some great atmospheric texture / harmonies. It shouldn’t get too monotonous, plasticy or robotic. Ideally it’s space, disco groove and lounge all in one.
