    Bugged Out! – Friday

    Bugged Out at Sankeys…….Friday October 9th. Bugged Out returns to Sankeys after a summer hiatus with some thrilling line ups including our 15th birthday.On Friday October 9th we welcome back the legendary Ivan Smagghe to Sankeys for his first show in over a year. Smagghe has been playing for Bugged Out since 2003, mixed our first Suck My Deck compilation in 2004 and recorded some amazing techno classic with Black Strobe. He now records with fellow Parisian Tim Paris as It’s A Fine Line (their latest remix is of Tiga’s Beep Beep Beep). Newcastle born Riton used to go to Sankeys when he was a student in the 90s but now he plays as a well regarded DJ and producer. His latest spook-house single with Primary 1 – Who’s There? – was recently released on Erol Alkan’s Phantasy label. From Hamburg and Boys Noize’s label comes D.I.M who has had noisy mutant techno hits with Airbus Baby, Frogger and he’s remixed everyone from Depeche Mode to Chromeo. So, one Frenchie, one German and a Geordie = one big night out in the old soap factory! Also on sale right now is our 15th birthday which takes place on November 20th with none other than The Chemical Brothers DJ set!

    Kaluki – Saturday

    Underground house and techno vibes. Kaluki returns to Sankeys with a 20/20 Vision label party. The house collective from Leeds are in full force and are set to groove the Sankeys establishment royally. 20/20 Soundsystem [live], Ralph Lawson, Moodymanc, Ellesse, Matt Long Vernon and Tramp!
