    The Ascalon Royal Family Masquerade Ball is a long forgotten
    formal event, engraved into history years before the Searing. The Kingdom of
    Ascalon was once a prosperous place, led by King Adelbern and the Royal Family.
    During such times the ball was the annual event at which the wealth and beauty
    of Ascalon was celebrated. Alas, with the onset of The Searing, as it has
    sinnce become to be known the hearts of men were shattered and the ball
    forgotten.

    Many years later, Lord Sojar on his far reaching travels stumbled upon and
    ancient text depicting a dance fesitval of epic proportions in the realm of
    Ascalon long since passed. Intrigued, Lord Sojar begged the lords of Ascalon
    and the surrounding kingdom of Kryta to bring back this beautiful festival

    Its TDG so what should I wear? A fashionistic and flamboyant taste is always
    preferred, Glam as you can! Its a Masquerade Ball so masks are required but not
    enforced. We have a great selection available on reception for those wishing to
    participate. The TDG show is going to be amazing!! Smart trainers allowed.
