Hey Joe, depends what sort of house music you’re into…
Here’s a very few of the big names at the moment.
Guy J – a talented progressive house producer who’s getting a lot of notice from Digweed.
Ben Watt – Buzzin’ Fly Records boss, who writes some excellent, solid house music of the deeper variety. He’s been around for some time.
Phonique – techy, cognitive artist who’s put out some excellent stuff on Dessous and done some collaborations with Norwegian vocalist Erlend Oye.
Morgan Geist – one half of Metro Area – his output’s variable but there are some utter gems. Check out his latest Double Night Time EP.
Hope you like one or two – they’re on the mellower side of things, so if you’re into funky, beachy stuff then you won’t necessarily like the above.
