Hi I am new to this Forum. I am Jon Viera of Escuro Recordings. I am looking forward to being a part of this community. Just wanted to let you know about this tribal track.

It hits Beatport in a few hours. http://www.beatport.com/escuro+recordings or preview at http://www.myspace.com/jonviera

A bit about Escuro. Escuro Recordings presents Keven Maroda “The Freq” (ESC001)
    Release date 2.10.06

About a year ago I realized that I wanted to share quality music with people who liked the edgier and darker side of music. Escuro Recordings has had a slow yet steady upbringing. I am very happy to have Keven Maroda be the first release on the label. “Escuro is Portuguese for “dark”. Escuro Recordings is the more darker side of house, while Escuro White offers a more deep hous etech feel. 🙂 I was born on Graciosa ( the Azores islands of Portugal) and moved here to Boston when I was 2. Feel free to add me on myspace as well. All the best – Jon Viera.

Kevin Maroda brings the element of surprise to the mix. Expect the unexpected. – TKC (TCK Music/Tweek’d)

Keven Maroda’s “The Freq” is a surefire winner, with infectious tribal rhythms and peak-time; acid-tinged synth sounds that lead the listener on a tense journey through the darkness. A great way to debut Escuro. Surely gives us a sign of good things to come. – Craig Mitchell (Slanted Black)

“Nice banging thumpy, tribal track, very upbeat.
I can’t say much more here, this frequency must be kept clear” – Tom (Club Rise)

Tight, tribal infused dance floor mover, from this promising new Boston based imprint.” – Paul Dailey (DJ Times/XM)
