    Short description of release :

    This new release is a lot more than a mere trendy nth remix, or the usual duo-reinterpreting-another-duo story. Buena Onda Records has deliberately focused on a sound that makes Berlin one of the cardinal points of techno, by choosing to have Freedarich & Stiggsen’s “Redlights” track remixed by the most prominent German duos, whose reputation has grown bigger and bigger out of their boundaries. Their tremendous success and echo both in the press and with renowned deejays speaks for itself. At last the public is given an alternative to the somehow freezing breath of minimal techno. But do we really need to present them again?
    Autotune (Adel & Jan-Eric), Mymy (Lee & Nick), Piemont (Phunklarique & Dejonka) offer their own proper vision of today’s techno in this “Redlights” opus, thereby proving that there may be emotion, warmness and cheerful colors in techno.
